Julia Prakapovich
I’m an entrepreneur and investor with a passion for building and backing transformative ideas. I launched my first startup at 19, studied finance at UC Berkeley, and went on to found two companies: Make Interaction (AI for social content, 2013–2017) and Igantia Therapeutics (acquired by Seed Health in 2019).
From 2019 to 2022, I deployed $200M in growth-stage, writing $1M–$30M checks at Mindrock Capital. Now, as founder of Interface Fund, I fund and found visionary companies shaping the next frontier in the world of atoms.
I’ve called 10 cities home — New York, San Francisco, Paris, London, and more — and I speak six languages fluently.
Along the way, I also completed art school, becoming a fully trained professional artist. I’ve launched contemporary art centers and championed emerging talents worldwide, blending creativity and business from the very start.
